Passing Places
After three weeks in Iten for an altitude training camp, the inevitable journey home began. Three of us were crammed into a taxi as the sun dipped toward the horizon, when a quiet realisation set in. The framed view from the back-seat window was one I would never experience again. At that moment, the run-and-gun rig I’d carried for weeks found itself hanging out of the window, capturing untold moments between Iten and Eldoret.
